Farid,
Three categories, in order of value. Commenting on recent posts only.
1. Practical advice; to which I'd commend "Panikd" (on weed) and "Wim" on safety and value, i.e. his rip off alerts, for example Elf Queen. Also "Rheingau" seems a mine of information too.
2. Originality. I am not a fan of most trip reports, as attraction is subjective. And most are samey. But for true originality: "Alderbran Linkbat's" mushroom adventures. They really buck the trend.
3. A bit of fun. I was amused by "Trinity" asking about Amsterdam theme songs. That was great fun.
Good luck, you sure like your lists.I hope noone swears @ you this time!

I would have to say my own trip reports!!!!
Now, before you think i'm being big-headed...i'm not!! It's nothing to do with how they're written!!
It's purely for the fact that in order to write one it means i have been there and done it all :-)
LOL

Hey how could I forget this one : Adam the way forward !
I can't keep from laughing when I think about the words of this thread :)))
quote kichigai :
Now, the gamblers amongst you will know all about the phrase "Value For Money." Put it like this, you can back a horse at 4/6 Fav, but will it offer value for money? Would you be better off backing the 2/1 or 3/1 2nd Fav, now, does that offer better value for money?

Thanks for the earlier links you posted Farid747. I spent a whole evening reading them! I will give this new one you have posted a try later.
Anyone else have any 'classic' threads they remember?
Thanks

One thread I enjoyed reading :
Who on here actually lives in Amsterdam
quote loverbite :
Unless you are an atypical American, you will find NL is everything that an average American is bitching at. Ask yourself if this is really what you want first before considering moving.
Simply put, it is a place of high tax (32-40% tax rate), socialized medicine, welfare, gay marriage, euthanasia, sex education, legalized sex trade and decriminalized drugs, relaxed and unenforced laws, useless police force, free-speech, non-existing political correctness – everything that a free-country should be – and everything that America is not

Hey man
I appreciate this post. I really enjoyed reading your favorites. Most of which predate my time on this site. Particularly enjoyed the time travel back to 1970 Amsterdam and the story on how this site came to be (always wondered where the name came from)
Thanks again to you for spending the time to compile the list and to the original writers for their well written and entertaining posts
Peace
Brad

Got to be the punter who admitted going with Sabrina and leaving a shit stain on her sheets! Que an angry tall girl on the phone shouting. The advice about washing your hole and not just your ass was memorable.

Anybody remember Pee Wee? He used to come on here and just get in fights with everybody all the time. Hysterical stuff.
I also really enjoyed the posts by internationalsecretagentman, who later became isam. Funny bloke, he was.
Lots of people were fans of Longhorn also.
Many others, of course.

I think that Bluto's first report is a classic report. It's a real punter's marathon: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=12320and it also contains the quote "hey, your tits are bigger than mine! I'm getting insecure here!", lol...
