There is a little blond girl in 38A-L around the corner from High Times coffee shop. I have seen her my last two times in Amsterdam and saw her once in SmartZone headshop.

Has anyone had any experiences with her or know who she is. I am just curious by her I suppose because she doesn't seem to match any of the other girls around there.
