Who would you spend a trip to the dam with?

Based on trip reports you wouldn't go wrong with the more experienced guys like bluto, wim, elgonzo, greenhoff etc, but based on trip reports and similar personalities to me I'd pick

Carice (deep, Intelligent and fun)
Potlover (epic 2nd trip report)
Gazza (one of the lads)

threes difficult - especially if you've ever been in Amsterdam with some of them already!

I really couldn't differentiate between AmsterdamChris, Wim, Bluto, Greenhoff, Weasel and DrPussy - except that you get a lot more abuse if you are with Greenhoff! All of these dudes have kept me company, got me drunk, introduced me to the girls, kept me amused with funny stories, and driven me around, all at different times.

the third is a tie for bunch of guys! Not even going to try and list them - just put it down as "the Regulars."

what a question to answer is this, im at a loss to answer, but will have a go, but 3 FFS, if it was 6 it would be easier !!
have met well over 20 micers, 90% have been excellent,great, funny, intelligent, the other 10% i will skip lol

i think its common knowledge that i really love this guy[NOT in THAT way]. love his company, and yes, he gets continual abuse from me [in a light hearted way], but its always a pleasure meeting up with him and having a drink/wander, never sure if he is still with me, so have to constantly look down to see him lol.

2 bluto
if my memory is still in tact, i think i was the 1st micer he ever met[?]. really like this guy, very similar to me in the fact he doesnt suffer fools gladly,and says what he means !!!. had a good few drinks/wanders with bluto,and always enjoy his company very much. i still crease myself laughing when he tried & failed to roll a joint. grateful that he [and others] saved this site when it very nearly closed. love some of the replies he gives to stupid questions on here

like me, a tall guy that i can chat to eye to eye [note that munchkin lol]. extremely intelligent, fun to be with,and knows the girlies well..like him so much, that the last time we met, at schipol i legged it from D gate to G gate just to say hi before he left for the US, i was knackered, but it was worth it for 15 mins chat, i wouldnt do that for many...

where do i start ? 1st micer i ever met, stood in awe as i was finally introduced to him. had many many wanders with wim over the years, loved the "tours" and the " she is good " " she is rip off" and the very rare " she is new, i dont know her" !! nearly all the girls know "our wim" and he has a fantastic memory of names, that puts me to shame.. always great to have a few drinks with wim, non smoker, but a really great guy

For me it would be the three that I have actually met - Uberchef, Withnail and Wim.

Others that I imagine would have been top company - Gato de Padre, FallenBuddha and VirginBoy. But not sure they still exist?

Anyway, after hearing about Greenhoff's post, I thought I should make an appearance on the boards....I am still in touch with things on the board, just a bit too busy to get on here and post as much as I used to.

i met bluto and treetop,about 4 years ago though was bloody wasted on whiskey and weed by the time i met them i could hardly say two words. little did i know at the time i was pulling a whitey with the future king of ignatzmice! lol.

Also , we get along great, and I consider him a friend.

Here is the tough one.... I could easily say Louisxxx , have had the pleasure before, but mostly on field trips to Goldentime in Germany. Not so much the RLD. Then there is DogsAFire, met him last time..great conversation, good time. But going to go with AmsterdamChris.. Know Chris from New York , but never met him over in Amsterdam. Next year perhaps??? We'll see...(: .

Can't stop at three, and might end up with a top ten, though many of them are from long ago and far away.

I want to go to the Alkmaar Food Festival with Wim, BigBen and PeachFuzz.
I haven't heard from BB in five years, and haven't been to Alkmaar with Wim in a decade. PeachFuzz turned me on to the September carnival there, and I think it is the coolest small town celebration on earth.

I want to go to FKK Babylon with Gaston. We've never met, but he turned me on to both Bernd's and Babylon.
It would be better if Skipexcallibur could meet us.

I want to drink at Cafe Remember sitting between TonyMunch and Greenhoff. Or take the train to Utrecht. Im not sure whether being between them is a recipie for disaster, or ensures my safety by guaranteeing all shit to hit one of them.

I want to go to Circle O Club with DogsAfire. I think once he got over the horror, he would have a good time.

I want to share a hooka with Paniked, Withnail, and JGRamos. Haven't heard from Paniked in years, which is a terrible shame. Withnail and JG rarely pop up anymore. I've been sad since the weed thread was moved off the main board years ago. The stories these three could write about weed make me drool!

I want to go to World with Fred. Or Palace. Or Oase. HIs choice.

I would love to finally meet Smuller. At Golden Time. We could take Bluto to try to change his mind about the place. I know how to lie to the girls. Tell them it is his birthday. And that he just got out of jail.

I want to go to the clubs with fun4twoHouston, Roland and Mr&MrsBear. Chicagocouple and Greta, too! I love the clubs, and this lot makes me think they have a better time than I do. I simply must know what they are doing.

I want to meet AmsterdamChris again for more than a few minutes, and I would love to stumble across DrPussy and Louis and Carice.
