Yes, I have the same 'problem'. The fact you're asking on a forum reflects that your must be anxious about it which in turn can make the 'problem' worse.

I think the majority of the time it's because of a mental block.

A lot of men who use prostitutes do so because they have "issues" in their personal lives. Some of those issues may be about women. Those issues men have with women may involve lack of self-esteem, worry about the females sexual perception of them, concern over cock size etc.. all these little things can make the mind turn over during sex, which may make you lose the urge to reach climax.

This happens to me about 50% of the time.. for some reason I don't feel 100% comfortable with some ladies (it could be due to their attitude or sometimes just something they said), sometimes I can eventually cum, but mostly I can't in that situation.

If there is a mismatch between ones experience with a window girl versus not then chances are something about the in-kamer experience is causing stress. Personally I think the RLD environment, especially in the main AMS RLD, creates a strong sense of time pressure, and that in turn slows the response time creating more anxiety, and so the vicious cycle continues.

This is one reason I prefer the FKK setting. Time is measured in longer, less expensive, 30 minute chunks, and the transition from out to in the room is much less abrupt. E.g. you are both already undressed, there is much less walking around searching, the room itself is more neutral territory given it is shared by all, etc. Also the need to negotiate every detail in advance is greatly diminished.

The RLD time pressure thing bothered me at first, but I was fortunate to be able to carry a lot of cash and tell myself time wasn't a difficult problem because I could just throw money at it and extend my time. Once comfortable with this idea I actually required less time.

I thought it had to do with having covered sex with the window girls, but I have had to use condoms when my SO was taking antibiotics (negates the pill) and no problem finishing with her despite being covered.
