I've once asked to the guy at the entrance of the second casa rosso theatre how it was like inside, and he just told me "Keep your money, it's exactly the same than the larger one theater, with the same thing inside". I was intrigued to hear a guy actually saying "don't waste your money but I won't make mine either " in the same time (not really pushy in that case that what I thought at least). But I'm still intrigued when I see the pictures from the inside. I would not say it looks like a seedy place , but definitely is far smaller and has something cheaper.
The Bananenbar Bar seems classy as well.
The condomerie is a funny place (you have one eiffel tower upside down for sale in there, ha ha).
