Apologies for my possibly dumb first post/question.

Am visiting Amsterdam for the first time in November.

Have read (and learned) a lot on this fine web site.

In various posts I've seen girls described as hot (or an equivalent) and was wondering just how hot they actually are in reality (in terms of looks and beauty rather than "performance").

Obviously beauty varies from girl to girl (and is in the eye of the beholder) but are we talking some of them as drop dead gorgeous? (e.g. like some of those on the Wow girls links). Am thinking in particular about visiting privehuis like Park 118 or Asmara.

Just wanted to manage my expectations beforehand.

I think you will find the privehuis scene pretty disappointing in terms of the quality. You will find the best selection of "hot" girls in De Wallen.

Funny enough I was thinking about this the other day.

Yeah nice and young one's are in De wallen and the older kind in Singel area.

I suppose "hot" is referred to here as meaning "model looks" or similar i.e. beautiful face, flawless skin, no fat, medium height, killer body, little arse, perfectly proportioned tits.. just your general "fuck me, look at her" type of "hot".

You're in for a shock tbh.. €30-50 to fuck a model-type girl? The sort who would normally point and laugh at you back at home, if you so much as said hello to them (or is that just me?!?). A bargain in anyone's book.

Walking through the Stoofsteeg you can see a shop with a big poster of Jesse Jane. Let her be the measuring scale, you will realize some windows girls are not that far from that level of... neukability.

I had to google Jesse Jane and can safely say that she's a 7/10 imo. Our friend the OP will find 10/10's over there (on a "porn star" scale I'd suggest that a 10/10 is on a par with Julia Bond - or maybe I'm starting a debate for another topic? haha)..

The initial amazement wore off for me though. Contrary to most people in this thread I find many of the girls unattractive, but I dislike brunettes, big tits and the 'porn star' look so I find that doesn't leave me with much choice :P There are only a select few that I find stunning. Of course, I can only be this picky whilst in Amsterdam.

Yeah mate you will be struck down with the girls you can choose from. You think you'd jump right in on a first trip but you realise how many girls you can choose from and end up being spoiled for choice. I'd recomend walking around De Wallen for a while when your there, take it all in and thrn pick a girl. My first and still only trip earlier this year started like that and I felt in heaven!

Hotness around de Wallen is guaranteed, no doubt, yet the question how hot shouldn't be undervalued, I mean, I can 100% believe someone really likes Julia Bond ( I just googled her and wouldn't rate her more than 5/10), but I still prefer Jesse Jane (she is not my favourite, but in that poster in the Stoofsteeg shop she looks fabulous... do you guys know which shop and poster I mean?) with her weird nipples...

Hotness is easily measured in a comparative sense, but most men have limited skills in the absolute sense. How many times has this happened to you? You are in a place with lots of women and suddenly you see a woman who's a 10. You admire her for a while but suddenly another woman appears who is even hotter and now *she's* the 10, and the previous woman is an 8. But then yet another woman appears and now she's the 10...and so on.

In my experience only professionals are good at absolute judgements of female beauty. E.g photographers, those involved in fashion or model agencies, casting agents, etc. For most guys it's merely a question of who is the most attractive woman in the room. (As makes sense from an evolutionary psychology POV.)

The classic is this in the RLD. You make the rounds and see a couple of gals you think are as good as it gets. But then some tall lean gorgeous Dutch civilian rides by on her bike and you realize it could be better but is out of reach.
