How long out from your trips to Amsterdam do you abstain from sex?

I'm about 8 weeks away from my trip so I'm going to stop all sex now, so I have a bunch of libido pent-up..

i genrally dont do much a week before a holiday but i cant bounce from girl to girl and cum quickly.take your time with the sessions and space them out i normally 3 a day is my max.this will be dayshift afternoon and evening normally.i dont drink which helps also.you should think about seeing trusted girls for a longer session or even try private house for a more relaxed time.

I think everyone is different and you only get the best out of sex by really understanding your own body. My tactic is no orgasms for two to three weeks prior to trips. This leaves me super horny. I then avoid cumming the first one or two sessions so the horniness is maintained well into my holiday. I also avoid alcohol when abroad. I can get pissed at home any time I wish and never get that desire in Amsterdam or want to risk spoiling the sex.
Things were different when I started but after more than 20 years I have got it pretty much perfect now. I no longer have duff sessions where I really shouldn't have bothered.
