That's some good news, and on my birthday no less!
First my dad gave me some extra Euros for my last trip, now this. I guess the universe is really dead set on giving me hookers for my birthday.
Hopefully it's still around in October. Still haven't done the prive thing and this one would be quite conveniently located.

The web site says the grand opening was a month ago but Very little info apart from the basics....it would be good to read some reports from visitors. I visited park118 for the first time last October and loved it...I wonder if this place is as good?

Very interesting , as you say their web site is very basic so I have e-mailed them asking for a price list , hopefully they get back to me before next sunday when I will be there for 4 days , if I get a reply I will post the prices asap.
Cannot see it being as cheap as Jan Bik was the best I ever got there was 2 girls for an hour for 160 euros , bargain.

I emailed clubluxury for details and got a reply within a few hours. As it says on the website, they open at 2pm until 5am, 7 days a week. Its e75 for 45 minutes and e150 for the hour......compared with park118, e95 for an hour, clubluxury seems expensive? The location seems easier to get to from De Wallen than park tho Bt

I sent an inquiry to this new place via their website a week ago and haven't received a reply. I wonder if this private house is stillborn? And I imagine no one reading this now is in Amsterdam to try to see if they're open and what they offer.
Jan Bik received a lot of derision, but for older hobbyists like me, it was an affordable oasis.
Any private houses left in the city aside from the amiable Park 118 (and not Asmara), which is OK and friendly and affordable?
