Can anyone recommend a nice, private canal boat tour for 1 or 2 hours any time during the week of October 9th for 8 people? We're looking for a knowledgable captain/guide, and a nice boat appropriate as part of a 40th birthday celebration. We imagine wine, cheese and charcuterie, and a very relaxed enjoyable atmosphere as the captain tours us through the canals. I see many commercial options that look okay, but private is preferred. Ask these guys maybe. Might do private toors. Really small boats which is nice cause they get to go where the others can't. Really loved the public tour.

Might be too late for suggestion but there is a small boat, "the Tourist" that is associated with the hotel Pulitzer, we went on this a few years ago but it still seems to be running. Details easily found via Google.
