Does anyone know where this RLD is? The uploader says it is Amsterdam (which it is obviously not), it looks like it is in Germany based on the Merkur Casino seen at 0:45.

Not Amsterdam.
Germany.
Reminds me of Duisburg, but I don't think that is it.
Someone will jump in with more.

I doubt it is Leeds, with all the cars sporting German license plates.

My two cents would go to Rio de Janeiro.
The guys holding the phone and the girls seem to be speaking something sounding like Portugese at times, and there's an Aroma Café listed on TripAdvisor on Rua General Roca, which also has a local brothel's address. And Rio has also a hotel Lido. Or at least Google led me to believe all that.

definitely not Rio. Area doesn't look rough enough for Brazil, plus one of the girls quoted the guy a price of 30 Euros. Obviously, they don't use Euros in Brazil. Aroma Cafe also has tons of locations worldwide. Did sound like one of the girls was speaking Portuguese, but she could've just been from Brazil or Portugal.

I'm trying to figure it out, but there's not much to go on. Definitely in Europe somewhere, presumably in one of the EU countries that uses the Euro. I'll have to give it a more thorough look when I have more time.

I've done some internet sleuthing and think I might have solved the mystery... It looks like it is Lessingstrasse in Bremerhaven, Germany. The window pictures online are very similar to the video and there is a Merkur casino on Lessingstrasse. Also the license plate at 0:50 starts with HB (for Hansestadt Bremen und Bremerhaven).

Might have to pay this place a visit at some point to confirm definitively ;)

Yeah, that does look like a pretty good match. Good job!

One of these days I'm gonna do a massive mongering trip all around Europe. Not any time soon, though, this exchange rate is absolutely killing me!

Tongue was firmly in my cheek there weasel.

I think the extent of Britain's first foray into 'legalising' prostituation is to erect a few more street lights and leaving the kerb crawlers alone between set hours.

Can't see us ever having the setups of our European neighbours. Nor the SW's resembling the ones we see in the video.

And here's the link SuperSilverHair tried to post: http://www.lessingstr.com/ (sorry, the system is set up to disallow external links from new accounts with low post counts because otherwise we'd be inundated with spam and no one has time to deal with that.) Thanks for the good detective work here. Looks interesting for sure!
