Hello 1 and all...will be making my maiden voyage to Mecca on Nov. 14 till Dec. 8. My 1st of many to come questions is if there is a place where i can get my hair braided, and i mean cornroll style. I have no clue as to a specific venue, but I'd venture to say there must be several neighborhood hair stylist shops throughout Amsterdam's many ethnic neighborhoods, such as the Eastern part of town (oost) for example, around the Dappermarkt (Dapperstraat) near Oosterpark.

Amsterdam is a real melting pot of different cultures, so I'm sure with a little investigation, you'll be able to locate a choice spot for any and all of your hair styling needs!
