All depends....

I took 650euros for 48hrs in June and ran out before i can home (6 kamer visits, 2 escorts and a load of smoke, and the odd beer!!)

Bear in mind that in the RLD, 50euros gets you a "base shag" and about 15-20 minutes....20-30euros extra gets you another 10-15 minutes and multiple positions - so if you want more, you will have to pay for it.

If you are anything like me smoke doesnt last too long either, especially as you tend to want to try as many different types as possible.

I am heading off tomorrow morning, again for 48hrs, and am taking 1000euros this time....dont want to run out do I !!??

If you dont drink any beer then you will have plenty money.

I'll be there from sept. 29-oct. 3 planning on spending the same amount of money, which means I'll spend around 1500 euro. You can do it for 1200 if you spend 50 euro per kamer visit.
Gives you 600 euro for food drink & smoke.

Better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it. You don't plan to fail, you fail to plan....:) I always bring @ least $1000.00 more than I think I'll need. One never knows what can happen over there in our dear holy land!!!!!!!

You know, we have these things here called ATMs? You can stick your bank card into it and get cash out - whatta concept!

Seriously, traveling with cash is dangerous (didn't you ever listen to Karl Malden?) and you can withdraw upwards of 500 euros a day from an ATM (depending on whether your bank puts limits on this - check with your bank). You should just take a decent amount in pocket (300 or so) and ATM bi-daily to top-up.

dude it totally didn't occur to me that you might NOT use an ATM... OMG don't carry all your cash!! Especially if you don't have easy access to more.

If I can operate a Dutch ATM while tripping my "balls" off you should be able to figure it out too!

Just so we all know, most banks recognize non-Dutch cards and offer to do everything in English. Trip all you want - you're golden.
