Yocaine was ZeZe's drug of choice during his fabled two week romp in the wallen. Watch out, it makes you crash your fiets.

Seriously, I think it is an herbal erectile enhancer drug made from yohimbine- it makes some people crazy with rapid heartbeat, jitters, hallucinations, sleeplessness etc. Too nuts for me.
