This weekend (28-30 oct.) the largest beerfestival of the Netherlands will be held in de Beurs van Berlage, the old stock exchange on the Damrak.

Visitors will be able to taste over 50 different types of bockbeer, most of them brewed in the Netherlands.

Opening times:
Friday 17.00 - 23.00
Saturday 12.00 - 23.00
Sunday 12.00 - 19.00

Entrance: 5 Euro, incl. a drinking glass
Consumptions: 2 Euro

Some stats from last years festival:
No. of visitors: 11.500
No. of beers:58 (51 dutch, 5 belgian and 2 german)
Beer consumed: 15.000 liter
No. of consumptions: 70.000

Most bockbeers are a little bit stronger than your average type of beer, so I suggest you pace yourself a bit.....;-)
And if you really wanna do it the dutch way, you bring your own cheese, crackers, chorizo, or whatever you like to eat with your beer..........
