I have previously used both

http://www.womenoftheworld.nl/ a number of times. Both are relatively pricey but quality has been good on most occasions. I have had no problems with bookings, no shows, substitutes, etc but I have seen the odd complaint about Elite on Captain69 so of the two, I usually choose WotW.
