Hangouts? Check the search function, usual places bloedstraat etc with some bars Mekon Delta? added recently. What do they offer, well, it is the RLD and they offer every thing, what you get depends on how you negotiate. Some of the Thai “girls” have had the chop while the Hispanics are usually multifunctional as it were. Watch out for Kelly, hung like a horse and not afraid to show you who’s boss.

And just up the street (OZV 10) from the Mekong Delta is the Thai Ten bar- a ladyboy hangout.
