Where's the best place for a full English in dam centre? As close to English as possible haha

Hmm...
Durty Nellies on Warmoesstraat is okay as is Susies Saloon on OZV - these are both pub type options.

For a bit more of a posher english breakfast you would want to go to Greenwoods, theres one on the Singel.

Great one at the restaurant in the Renaissance hotel. Not cheap but worth it.
