Figured something like this would happen before residents only allowed inside. Missing the old days already.

Really? Good thing there are so many other Dutch things to see in Amsterdam. Coffeeshops are great but not what makes Amsterdam

I shall be very interested to discover which areas the gemeente can offer which will offer these coffee shop owners the same earning potential as their current locations in 1012 (anything less will be met by court challenges from owners, BCD etc). Somehow I cannot see that a coffee shop in Bijlmer will offer similar revenue opportunities to one on warmoesstraat, for example.
If this legislation comes to pass within the next 5 years in Amsterdam then I shall be amazed.

I like the part about nobody being told about this plan.
