No.
Still open as far as I know.
It is a little gritty, but that is true of the area around several train stations. Much like Frankfurt.
I have not heard of any closures there, and I have never heard any rumors of plans to shut it down.

The Brussels RLD is no longer bristling, and as active and popular as it was when it was in its peak.
However, there are still many stunning women, and some girls who still provide great service.

It is still quite good, and worth visiting.

I'm off to check it out this weekend, will report back...

I think May 2024 was the last time I visited the Brussels RLD. Looking forward to reading your report.
