Wow I missed this place! I was a long time lurker but would post here occasionally a few times years ago. Life took a pretty wild turn since then… happy to say I went through a cancer battle and came out the other side. Doing well now, feeling good, and it felt like the right time to pop back in and reconnect a bit.

I was curious how things are these days compared to around 2019. How’s the RLD now? Has much changed? Base rates etc. - I can’t wait to dive in the posts and see what’s been going on!

Also wondering if that amazing Thai spot is still around, I think it was called Bird? and what the situation is with Park 114. And does anyone know if Yin Yang near Roermond is still open? Is it overall still safe over there, I know the world is vastly different these days....

Finally, my cancer required Ostomy surgery so I have a colostomy now. The women in the states I’m with never minds, I always wear a waist band and the tech now is so good no one can ever tell unless I tell them or taken my shirt off :) curious if there’s other ostomates on here and if so is it no problem with the ladies? I’m assuming if it’s anything like how I have it there will be no problem but just curious!

Hope everyone here is doing well, and wishing you all the best, and hoping to see some of the regular posters like grimnul , Bliuto, george, Weasel, on here again, I know its been a while! Hope everyone is safe and happy!

PS I was stage 3 colorectal cancer. If you have ANY symptoms, get checked! It'll save your life!

Hey there. While I have to admit I can't remember you, I'm really glad to hear you're feeling good. As for your questions, there's no good news to share, I'm sorry to say. While Het Singelgebied and De Pijp might be slightly better, De Wallen has been ripoff-central for at least a decade at this point, strictly limited to dishonest bitches looking to fleece tourists. I hear the base price has increased to €100 but I imagine that doesn't even get you what €50 did back in 2008, when I first visited the city. Amsterdam is garbage in all respects at this point and I only maintain this website as a time capsule of sorts. Some of my best memories are associated with my visits there.

This is good advice and, sadly, yet another reason nobody should make the same mistake I did in moving here. We don't do preventive medicine in the Netherlands. Or medicine in general.

In any case, glad to read your post. All the best.

Kev,

First of all, congratulations! Getting old sucks, and colon cancer is awful. Glad you are back to your previously scheduled life after all that.

What's changed since 2019? Everything!

The Wallen is a hot mess. 100E is now the starting price, and it may not get you anything but the opportunity to see a menu of services for hundreds of Euros more. There are very few girls left from pre-covid. You can look at Girlsreview.nl, but the locals don't shop in that neighborhood anymore, so there is little intel. If you must shop the Wallen, I would look at Mollensteeg, Stoof, and the smaller side streets. I avoid OZA, with only rare visits in the 'poortje, the little downstairs corner where the girls run the rooms.

Many girls went to Kinky.nl during Covid, and never went back to the windows. 200E/hour incall used to seem expensive, but it might be the most reasonable way to find quality service at the moment.

Singel and the Pijp are much better, especially on dayshift. Standard pricing and good service, with some extras available.
Nightshift quality is lower, and pricing is all over the place, even in these areas. Singel girls are a little older and more creative, Pijp girls tend to be a little younger. Park 118 is still around, and prices there are still very reasonable. The lineup is still small and variable. Fkk's have recovered from Covid, with small price increases. Expect 60-70E for entrance, and 60E for the first 30min, 50/30min beyond that. Yin Yang has reopened after being closed for a year, and rebuilding after a fire. I have not been back yet. Reports on the German forums give high marks for facility and food, but reports of charges for service not delivered, and shakedowns by security to get those girls paid are disturbing.

Thai Bird is still going strong, as is the Thai Bird snack shop across the street, though they have different owners. My current favorite on Zeedijk is China Sichuan, for the Mandarin Duck or the Sichuan Chilli shrimp. New King and Cafe Wau are also going strong. Fast food prices in the center have exploded. 20-25E for a meal at Burger Bar or Wok to Walk. I get sandwiches at Tokoman or Spar for 7E.
Room prices have also doubled. Cheap weed is 9E/g, and if you are really wealthy, you can still buy cigarettes. If you can find them, they are 13.20 a pack!

Ostomies are not that rare. I would expect most of the more experienced and professional girls in the Singel to have no issues, but you just have to ask.

I'm glad you are doing well, and ready to roll again.
If you have any other questions, feel free to hit me up.

Weasel
