Hello again, so like I said earlier, I am a cancer survivor (five years in remission!) and about to go on my first trip since beating it. I used to go a lot back in the days of Maxx, Mai Tai, Marta, Agnieszka. :) good times.

Question, I wanted to make a new topic because I strongly feel people with ostomies might seek this out and it can be easy to find with the title... Anyway, after cancer I now have a colostomy, it’s a two piece system so it’s always empty in fact no one ever really notices it and I’ve been intimate many times and i just wear a wrap around it and it’s barely noticeable. My question is do the ladies see this often? At private houses I know we would shower and I can do that but I can put the wrap on after. Just curious if these ladies see it often.

Also; because of my surgery a lot of time the soldier can’t remain hard especially with condom. The desire and turn on is still there but just the surgery sometimes has its price. But I love just the company of a woman; the aroma; kissing and touch. Do the girls like if I ever book and legit say hey It may not work but would love to do everything else? I guess I’m wondering if going in they’ll be cool with me being upfront about both! Do they take bookings ever with the intent of just simply foreplay?

Don't worry about asking for something different. They have heard requests that most people could never imagine.
I can't comment specifically on ostomies, but I expect this would not be an issue with any of the experienced girls, and I doubt most new girls would would have a problem.

Regarding negotiating to tease the shit out of them while possibly not fucking them...Hell Yes they go for that!

I have had the pleasure of binding and edging a few girls to infinity and beyond.
They had their way with me in the past.

Some of my favorite sessions have been without fucking,
The first time I met Julia in the Singel, it was 30 minutes of no condom hand-to-hand play, in a contest to see who could make the other one lose it first. She won, but I put up a hell of a fight. Subsequent visits have all been even more interesting.. Usually, I try to be more normal on the first visit, and get weird on the rebound, but some (good) girls truly enjoy bringing out the strange.
They don't all like it. I have two regulars that would be offended if I tried to leave with anything other than empty balls.
The stories of the things they have done to punish me for this offense can wait for another day.

Look, they get lots of ordinary requests for 50E S&F. It must get boring.
So spice up a working girls' day, and ask for something unusual.
They might say no.
Then again, they might give you a wicked grin and invite you in for something special.

It’s reassuring to hear that experienced ladies have probably encountered just about every request imaginable, and that something a little different might actually be a welcome break from the usual routine. I’m always respectful, well groomed, freshly showered, and I smell quite nice, so at least I won’t be introducing that kind of strange!

One practical question about the colostomy: like I said I normally wear a snug wrap over it, which keeps everything secure and barely noticeable. Would that usually be considered enough, or might they prefer that I leave my shirt on as well? And is keeping a shirt on generally acceptable during a session, or would that be considered awkward or a no-no? Maybe they worry about clothes smelling or whatnot, forgive me its been years since my last RLD trip and my trips back in the day all in a post-chemo haze so I forget if they always asked me to remove my shirt, to which I have no problem haha

Clothing is totally negotiable, and goes both ways.
You can ask them to dress up for you...maid, schoolgirl, secretary. Some of them have outfits, some will let you bring one for them. Nina used to have a "Miss Netherlands" beauty pageant sash. That got used in some ways that would horrify pageant officials. There was a girl on OZA years ago that wore a corset that stayed on, covering a surgical scar that I didn't even notice until about the third visit. Some guys go for heels on, or lingerie. The answer isn't always "yes". Simona had an outfit with rhinestones that was too stiff and sharp to stay on during fun. I say "had" because someone stole it from her after a session.

On the customer side, the most important thing is to be clean. You have to be able to wash. Hands and nuts in the kamers, and a full body shower in clubs.
I've had the occasional injury covered with a bandage, and there were no problems. I've seen guys at clubs with wraps over fresh tatoos. I think an abdominal binder or wrap would be fine.
As long as things are clean, I can't imagine a problem with leaving a shirt on.

And if you are really an overachiever....
This winter, as I walked along the Pijp, I saw a guy coming down the street. Full-length black PVC jacket, Black thigh high boots, military cap, chains across his chest, and what looked like a fucking Iron Cross around his neck. He was hauling a suitcase. I don't know what was in the suitcase, but I have some ideas.
He went to Pohlina's room, where she was jumping with joy to greet him.
If this is OK to wear to a kamer (much less, walking down the street), then anyting on your list should be fine.
