I'm looking stay within the central station area and would like to know if you guys have recommendations for Doner Kebab's in the area? I know Leeman's is probably the most popular, should I just go there?

Try that arab place next to NY Pizza on the damrak, I don't remember the name, somehow dry salad, but meat and sauces taste good ;-)

i've never had a good kebab in amsterdam, not that i make a habit of it.

At least the one at Station Sloterdijk... I've eaten there a few times (a kapsalon isn't a bad way to soak up the booze after a night out!) The website says they have a location at Amsterdam Centraal Station too... never tried that one.

The one at Station Sloterdijk I make a point of going there 2-3 times every trip. Will def check out their brach at Central as well.

I normally stay near sloterdijk and I've never even seen it lol. Just goes to show how observant i am. Will have to give it a whirl when im next over. Cheers

It took a bit of searching but I was able to find the Doner Company and got their mixed kebab and it was very filling. I gave up on the Turkish bread and just ate the meat itself.
