Amsterdam red light district busy all year around?

I'm going next month and it says on weather report that its like the coldest month in amsterdam and i feel like they won't be much working girls in the RLD as its like 5 degree's. can some one help calcify this or is it just me over thinking.

Well, the product they're selling isn't exactly seasonal. Plus, it's Amsterdam. If they didn't work whenever the weather was bad, they'd never make money! Actually not a bad time to go because most girls are gonna be back from holiday and De Wallen probably won't be too crowded due to the lack of tourists.
Also worth noting; while the girls do make their own schedules, the rental offices do have some say. If a girl takes too much time off or doesn't work frequently enough, they may give her room away to someone else.

i went during april of last year, it was crowded during the night imo, how much lesser/more tourist are going to be there, cause they kind of make the atmosphere of de wallen.
I'm going like 20th-27 not sure what to expect let me know :)

I like it less crowded, personally. It'll be far from dead, especially at night, just less crowded than peak tourist season.
