The girls fear being overpowered and robbed.
It might be possible if you were a well-known, trusted regular, but still unlikely.
It is possible with some escorts, at their apartment. Still not common, and expensive.
Might work at a brothel.

We have done it twice, and we only paid the standard 50 euro, I think. In my memory we did anyways, but might have been 100 each. But this was in 2013 and 2014 and I'm sorry to say I have no idea which windows it was. We were not sober at all, so it wasn't the most enjoyable sex.
