There is a crazy amount of construction in the area right now.
Ferdinand Bolstraat was all torn up,
and they are putting a parking garage UNDER THE CANAL on Ruysdaelkade!
No shit. I had to look at the billboard three times to make sure I was reading it correctly.
As a result, it is transit hell.

No, it’s still the 24; there is construction, but nowhere near the tram; you take it to Ferdinand Bolstraad. It’s a short walk from there.

Either you take tram 16 from Centraal Station to stop Ruysdaelstraat (stops after bridge from Ruysdaelkade) and if you walk back to Ruysdaelkade and start viewing the windows from number 119 going up.
Or you take tram 24 and hop off at stop Ferdinand Bolstraat and walk after the tram to the next bridge and go to the right, upon Ruysdaelkade. At your service and enjoy.
