Oh, Paolo!

I spent the weekend finishing quarterly tax payments.
The pain! The crying!
How could they possibly be so much more than last year?
Maybe this is why.
Even if I avoid these chicken-fuckers,
they STILL get my money!

Now …..I hope we aren’t being spoofed. My wife has been talking with KLM about our situation. They say we are due 600.00 a piece for our problems. …Now they asked for our bank account number to wire money directly into the bank account. We had purchased our tickets through Priceline. …That was last week ……The Email was from Air France KLM . They validated the flight number and all dates . The Email says this could take up to 60 days. We are kind of leery giving our bank account number.

What could go wrong?

I don't know how you could possibly get $600 each. The moron I had to deal with had a $200 settlement limit.

Why? Because Delta thinks it is better to claim that :
"We can't possibly help you with your $1200 ticket, but we are busting our asses to get you all the way to our maximum settlement!"

Instead of being honest and saying:
"We have a $200 settlement limit for our customer service agents because we wouldn't trust them with any more, and giving you the Corporate Kiss-off $200 voucher every time we fuck up saves us a fortune!"

Worst company on earth.

Well, happy days . Deposited in our bank account from KLM, Air France , Delta Alliance . ….696.08 each for my wife and myself . For the troubles we had during the KLM strike……Better than a stick in the eye.

Bravo!

You did well, though I am sure it doesn't feel like it.
Maybe I can get that much if I let them screw me on two more flights.

We had two round trip tickets . Direct flights , but got stuck on stops in Paris on the way over . We had one night in a hotel room , I think it was around 179.00 that we lost. I don’t know how they came up with 696.08 each but we will take it. …It might be the airfare minus taxes.

Ok , believe this or not on our screwed up trip with Delta / KLM . My wife received another email we will each receive another 396.45 for our problems . She had to file for the trip over and the trip back to Texas . This is for the trip back,………Wife said she was so pissed that she dialed with everybody numerous times but it has produced results . This will cover our entire airfare. Thanks Delta / KLM / Air France. .
