I think you're a newbie, so IMO the most important thing is to make sure she knows exactly what you want , BEFORE you hand over any cash and that she doesn't seem too 'pushy' when your negotiating. If she is 'pushy' , then go to another window.

Actually I am a woman, coming in from Texas. I'll bet it is going to be a bit colder over there then over here........

I am in Amsterdam for a couple of days before I head out to Germany and wanted to know some recomendations for some fun things to do/go to.
