Does Sildenafil Citrate Work Differently When Combined With Dapoxetine?

Always been curious about how sildenafil citrate actually behaves when combined with another active ingredient like Dapoxetine in a single tablet. From what I have read, sildenafil handles blood flow for stronger erections while Dapoxetine works on serotonin to delay ejaculation. But do they interact with each other inside the body or work completely independently? I came across kamagra sildenafil citrate while researching this topic. Would really appreciate if anyone with medical knowledge or personal experience could explain how this combination actually works inside the body.

I didn't even know there were single tablets containing both ingredients!

I have separate tablets for both and the advice I have been given is not to take the two tablets at the same time due to an increased risk of low blood pressure.

For Dapoxetine to work most effectively it needs to be taken 1-3 hours before activity, which isn't ideal as sildenafil also needs to be taken at a similar time (ideally 30-60 minutes before activity).

I have personally taken a risk and tried taking Dapox 3 hours before activity, with sildenafil 30 minutes before. I didn't experience any issues, but I knew I was taking a risk. In reality, I found the Dapox overpowered the Sildenafil and I couldn't get an erection.

I am still trying to work out how to deal with both issues. I've tried numbing creams as well (instead of Dapox) but they too seem to counteract the sildenafil.

Apologies I didn't realise the OP (KevinPertison) is no longer around.
