I have been with sex workers quite a lot at this stage. In the past I've given oral to female sex workers. Without thinking about it I did it to 4 different girls in my local area. Now, I'm more hygiene/ health conscious. I only see one girl and I give her oral every time now. It's probably my favourite thing to do. The girl that I see is also more health conscious these days and doesn't offer unprotected oral to guys (which I'm quite happy about).

I'm considering seeing a different sex worker in my area who does offer unprotected oral to the guys she sees and is very busy with customers. My general assumption is that it would be fine to give her oral without any concern of getting an STI. What do you think about this? Are the risks of getting an STI from a sex worker something to be concerned about? Or should I more or less not worry about it?

One other thing is that one time I went to a doctor because I was concerned that I might have oral chlamydia and he was (correctly) very sceptical about it and said that he had never seen it before. So I guess that's reassuring.

Nobody can answer this question for you nor can they provide an adequate probability of the risk. The reality is that DATY is always going to have some level of risk associated with it. It is just impossible to quantify.

The real question is whether you are comfortable with accepting the potential risk and doing it anyway. I've only done it with a sex worker once about ten years ago and that was with a British escort. I didn't catch anything, but for a while in the "clarity" afterwards I didn't feel too clever about my decision. To each their own!

Getting a BBBJ from a sex worker, especially one from a window girl is perfectly fine.
The chance of you getting any form of STI is less than 0.5%, in my personal opinion and many previous experiences.

For you to give oral sex to a window girl, that is also okay and no problem. Very slim chance of STI....the worst thing you might catch is a yeast infection, a mouth sore etc.

If you go to a nightclub and have a one night stand with a normal girl, you probably have a much higher chance of catching a STI from that encounter, than you would with a sex worker.

Thanks for the replies. I've kind of accepted the risk at this point. I only see and give oral to one local escort at the moment and she is quite safety conscious (I think she got sick at one point in the recent past and became more reserved). She is also only seeing a minimal amount of people at the moment.

A little late to the party here, but on top of my very well documented trips to Amsterdam, I’ve also seen dozens of ladies here at home, not including repeats with my regulars, and I almost always go down on them and BBBJ is standard here. Never caught so much as a cold. Not once. If you’re seeing reputable ladies and being smart about your own health (ie. get tested regularly, have your HPV/Hepatitis vaccines, all that sort of stuff), the risk is extremely minimal. Just spent about 45 minutes between a gorgeous young lady’s thighs last night, actually! Good times! This is anecdotal, of course, but does seem to jive with most people’s experiences.
