Hi everyone. I'm new here.
I quit smoking 8 years ago after 17 years of growing and smoking weed.
I had one terrible panick attack episode so I decided to quit.
I'l back in Amsterdam this week so I was wondering if someone could advise me with one weed name or even a good CS that sells light and panick attack free weed.
Thanks.

I would recommend just going for a light hash if you've been off that long. Far less chance of panic attack or anxiety (in my experience).

If that's not your bag, just ask the dealer at a good CS (e.g. grey area, staff are/were nice + helpful, weed is usually above average). As you were growing for so long, I assume you know you should be looking for something with a lower THC content, no skunks, pure sativas etc

Good luck!

I would also suggest avoiding Huey Lewis and the News, and not caring so much about things like what your business card looks like.

So would recommend pure sativas?
I read that indicas were better for anxiety.

You don't want pure Sativas.
Look for low THC / high CBD strains.
I'd suggest coffee shop Siberie would be a good place to start.
They list THC% & CBD% on their menu.
No idea how accurate these measures are, but worth using as a comparative guide.
Also, DO talk to the bud tender.

Ignore the first menu here it's for Best Friends CS. I don't know what that's about.

....and if you are going to chop up some of the girls, make sure it's the OZA rip off merchants. (8~>)

Agreed about the sativas, although I have personally only had anxiety attacks with Super Silver Haze. After a particularly brutal episode with SSH on one trip, a switch to 100% Sativa (a strain that Hunters used to carry) settled me down.

Maybe certain specific strains have that quality, but more importantly, I think each person's metabolism has even more to do with it.
