Once I was in Amsterdam and saw a window girl on her phone looking over what I think was this site? As I have read all these posts I have yet to read a post from one of the girls. Maybe there is a good reason (privacy foremost). Still it would be interesting to hear from them (you if you are one reading this to hear what you might have to say from a business POV.). Maybe this is not right to point out or ask. Thoughts anyone?

I’m a member of a site where the girls are active members and it is nowhere as good as here. It’s cliquey, it turns men into macho suck ups and lots of worthy members get banned. Also the mods have blackmailed the girls for sex many times over the years. This place is good as is.

There are accounts that, from time to time, I suspect are window girls posting as hidden identities. I suppose that is entirely appropriate.

Interesting! On one hand a girl could describe an encounter/transaction as sort of advertising. On the other I have ready a few bad trip reports and this forum could be used to explain the other side.

At the end of the day I agree with a post further above describing this site as a “right fit” all things considered and that it would be a shame to see things get out of hand.

The girls work hard for their living and don’t need anything that would make life difficult.

I don't usually mention Ignatzmice to the girls, although I'm sure some of them could make some entertaining contributions! If I know a girl well enough to mention Ignatzmice to her, I'll probably have already written a few posts about her, so it would be awkward if she says "I hate those kind of websites, don't write anything about me!" If I was going to bring up the subject, it would probably be better not to mention it directly at first, but ask if she knows about websites that review girls and see what her general reaction was.

I did tell one girl about it, years back. She had recently started in the Wallen and was quite happy to get a positive review and read my trip report. Later she switched to independent escort work and opened an Ignatzmice account mainly to post the link to her escort site.

I would guess some girls are happy to get good reviews online if it gets them more business, others might not really like the idea of people writing about them. Even if they knew about Ignatzmice I'm not sure how many of the girls could be bothered to open an account and interact with people on a fairly niche forum (although from a business point of view I'm surprised more don't do it as a way of free advertising). English is not usually their first language so a lot of them would need to use google translate on their phone; even if they speak OK English they may not read it that well and it's more difficult to write a language than speak it.

It would be handy if there was some kind of centralised RLD website where the girls posted their locations, schedules and prices (a bit like the kind of thing you find on cam sites) but that's getting into the realm of fantasy. In any case, if you have regular girls, it's quite likely they will be willing to give you their phone number which makes it easier to check when they are working e.t.c.

As for the girls' general opinion of their customers, I think it depends to a large extent on how they get treated by someone. Like any other "customer service" job they will find some people are OK and some are a pain in the ass. Some of the "Oh I'm so happy to see you" kind of routine with regulars is just part of the job, but some of it is just a normal human interaction like you would get in any job where you meet the same clients, customers, co-workers on a regular basis. You get on well with some people and not so much with others. You can tell when a girl is being genuinely chatty and friendly and when they are bored and just going through the motions. I find if you treat them with respect, a lot of them are more friendly than they would need to be if they were just trying to keep you as a regular customer. Some girls are more businesslike which is fine, some are more chatty and friendly, some are more distant or have an attitude. Sometimes a new girl will be quiet at the beginning but then relaxes as she becomes more comfortable with you.

I got to know one ex-RLD girl very well through escort e.t.c (the one I mentioned above) and one thing I remember asking around the time I first met her is if she put on a kind of "persona" for her escort work. She said something along the lines of "I couldn't be bothered to do that" which I thought was interesting! I don't think there is a great mystery about what the girls are thinking - they are doing a job but they are just normal people who will treat you nicely if you do the same. If you don't really click with a girl or you don't like her, you don't come back, so over time you tend to end up with a few regulars which you get along with well.

Of course, they don't wake up in the morning thinking "what I really want is to be fucked doggystyle by a slightly scruffy overweight English guy who's old enough to be my creepy uncle" but surely that's the whole point of prostitution in the first place; I'm paying them enough money to change their mind ;)

OK it's business at the end of the day, you are not really their friend, but an RLD encounter can be a pleasant, friendly interaction where you are comfortable with each other and you both get what you want out of it!

Wow, that about sums it up for me. I don’t know what I was looking for in my original post except maybe to read the actual words from one of the girls (cheap thrill?).

Almost all your comments including those in the old thread had crossed my mind in one shape or form but seeing someone else express the same thoughts pretty much settled them in. The main themes were the need for respect and privacy against the desire for transparency in the marketplace.

At the end of the day I think that I would/will be very careful about what I myself would mention or write since it is a niche site. Still I would love to read their (the girls) comments (for better or worse).
