I think most coffee shops forbid any type of tobacco now. Rookies was even selling a mixer for 1 euro to take the place of tobacco in joints. Hotels and restaurants and bars are mostly nonsmoking now.

On my last three trips to Amsterdam over three years, I've not seen a blunt in any of the dozen or so places I went to.

As a throat-cancer survivor (cigarettes and blunts), I understand your desire for a good cigar/weed rush, but it's for the best. Cancer sucks ass, and blunts cause cancer.

Cafe Batavia allows smoking anything: Across from the train station, down the stairs. There is one seat right by the canal - fantastic!

Voyagers has a closed-in smoking area for tobacco too. It's a small place, but Voyagers is an icon: Always the first place I go when I arrive in Amsterdam, and the last place I visit when I leave...

Green Place allows tobacco in joints, and doesn't seem to care about cigarettes.

Cafe Remember has the smoking room, where anything that burns is OK.

Sibarie is weed only, as is Katsu (usually. I've seen tobacco when it is slow)

I smoked outside at Amnesia, but I think inside is weed only.

Smoked mixed Dutch joints in Spirit, but not cigarettes.

It seems the tobacco ban is slowly slipping. If there is a "smoking room", then anything goes.
Places without a dedicated room, you have to ask.

If you want to mix tobacco with your joint, just do it discreetly and don't allow your cigarette pack or the cigarettes to lie around. Once you break up the ciggie, they would have to looking closely to know what you're rolling.

A blunts is a cigar used just like Rolling paper

It would be hard to miss the tobacco you need to take out
The weed would take its place
