The girls on the K5 website actually work at Big Sister, and several are lovely. In any event, here's some slightly updated and consolidated info from a couple of my posts in other Prague threads. I hope you find it helpful:
1) Getting into the city. If you get in at the airport, here's what I'd suggest:
Fuck the taxis. Well, maybe not fuck, but at least ignore them. Save your cash (and penis) for better things. Just take the
white "Cedaz" mini-vans for 90 kc instead. They leave every 30 minutes, and drop you off at Nam. Republiky (good area, walking distance to most places). The counter is toward the right from the main arrival area. (There's an ATM toward the left from the main arrival area, if you need currency first.)
2) Where to stay? Tough call. Pretty much anyplace in Prague is extremely accessible by metro. The
Andel's hotel is about 100 euro and is reputed to be both excellent and escort-friendly. And it's very close to the place with
free sex, but a bit distant by foot from the main sites (only a couple stops by metro though). The K&K Fenix is about the same price, and it's near Wenceslas Square, and it also is quite escort-friendly. But the beds are tiny. I just sneak into the hotel to use the free internet access in their business lounge, and wouldn't stay there again. The
"U Zlateho Stromu" ("At the Golden Tree") hotel is a few yards from the Charles Bridge, and has elegant bedrooms upstairs and a popular disco in the basement with topless dancers. I stayed there for 80 euro through Expedia, and was quite pleased. They might not be escort friendly though. (The 24-hour reception area is fairly intimate.) Other than the escort issue, I recommend U Zlateho Stromu. (Note, to find this hotel on most travel sites, you need to search for "Acc" or "Nifos" or "ACC-Nifos", because that's the agency that the travel sites use to book the hotel.)
3) Where to eat? Anywhere. Czech food is excellent and cheap. I like Klub Architectu, U Radnice, Cowboys (a steak place in the old town, pricy for Prague but well worth it), Pizzeria Kmotro, Kaverna Slavia, and pretty much every pub I've seen. Budget and attire permitting, try Bellevue. Actually, the place with free sex (see below) has pretty good food, too, but the prices are more like Amsterdam.
4) Hmm, we've covered how to get there, where to stay, and where to eat. What else could there possibly be? Hmm . . . Oh yeah,
WHERE TO FUCK!
Prague has several excellent venues, but I think four stand out. Each provides a very different experience, and has pros and cons. In order of price (high to none), here's what I recommend:

FKK Prague - This place isn't actually in Prague proper, but they'll send a cab to pick you up and then send you home as well. I think it was about 500 kc (about 20 euro) round trip. There's also a 500 kc cover (another 20 euro). So, you're out 40 euro and about 45 minutes of driving time just to come here. But the girls are generally in the 8 tor 9 range, and most kiss, do BBBJ (more commonly referred to as "oral without" or "OWO" in Prague), and let you come in their mouths. Some will do anal, too, but that's less common. It's 2200 kc for an hour of sex, plus 500 kc for each extra (kissing, bbbj, cim). So, for 3700 kc (about 130 euro), you can have a pretty mind-blowing/swallowing time with a very pretty girl. Anal is 1000 kc extra, but don't expect it to definitely happen. In between bouts, you can enjoy the club's small pool and sauna. Unfortunately, the girls aren't allowed to chat with you unless you buy them an over-priced lady drink, so they tend to seem bored and stand-offish until you get them in the room. This place is my recommendation for CIM. Don't forget to print the coupon off the website.

Sweet Paradise - This place is a few blocks from the Flora metro stop in Prague. I have only been during the day, when there are usually between one and five girls available, ranging from 7 to 9 in looks on my scale. I went back five times in one week, which is probably a decent indicator of quality. All but one of the girls showered with me, kissed, and allowed daty and touching everywhere. (The one girl who didn't was more like a typical really good window experience. Lots of positions, titfuck, eye contact, etc.) None of the girls offered BBBJ. C.H.L. Nightclub / Dessert Escort Service - This place is also just a few blocks from the Flora metro stop. They'll also send a driver to pick you up for free (and to take you home for free) which is a nice touch. All the girls do BBBJ and kiss, and the girls I've been with allowed daty and taty but YMMV. The club claims that all the girls do anal for an extra 100 euro (3000 kc), but sometimes the girl will say otherwise once you get to the room -- but she tells you this _before_ you pay, so it's not a big deal. Most girls I've met speak English. The girls range from 6 to 8. Prices are very low. 75 euro or 2400 kc for an hour (including BBBJ), 220 euro or 6600 kc for the whole night, including taxi to your hotel or just staying in a room at the club if you prefer. The rooms aren't much, but I'd recommend staying there so that you can switch girls if there are any unpleasant surprises. This place is my recommendation for the occasional all-night budget orgasmathon. Try

Big Sister - This place is across the street from the Smichov metro stop. It's run by the same guys who run K5 (Prague's most upscale club), and many of the girls here work for both clubs. K5's all well and good, but Big Sister is my recommendation, hands down, for the "Four S's and an RV" of a well-spent evening: Shag, Soak, Steam, Smoke, Repeat, get the Video.
*** Shag - Have sex with a girl or two, for free. I have had some truly magnificent shags here, and some fairly weak ones. But even the weak ones are kinda cool because the rooms are neat, the sex is free, and the staff is marvelous (just be patient). The way the club works is, you pay 300 kc to enter, and then you can stay as long as you like, and have sex with any of the girls who are available. Cameras in the room record the action, and stream it live over the internet. Masturbating perverts like me pay to watch this, thereby sparing you the cost of paying for the sex yourself. In fact, you can even watch yourself fucking on closed circuit TV while you're doing the deed. Which beats the heck out of a mirror. The action is also stored in video archives for more masturbating perverts to pay to see, or if you get nostalgic. I've had lovely times with Halle, Renata, Alice (do doggie), Dominika, Greta, Darja, Denisa, Nikol, and Marketa, but YMMV. Greta and Lea (who I have not been with, but who others highly recommend) sometimes do anal. No BBBJ, and kissing is extremely unlikely, but sometimes it feels like GFE anyway. Food prices here are closer to Amsterdam level than Prague level, but the food is pretty good. The cappuccino is outstanding.

*** get the Video - Be sure to ask them to give you a DVD of your performance when you're entering the club. The first DVD each night is free. After that, it's 300 kc each. You can pick them up the next day, or just have them mail them to you for 100 kc. (You can't buy a DVD of anybody's performance but your own.)
Overall, I consider this club to be one of the ultimate gems of that short experience called "life", but do bear in mind that your ass _will_ be on the internet. If you're the kind of person who worries about whether your boss will fire you if he sees your ass on the internet, then the club's probably not for you. If you're the kind of person who thinks your boss wouldn't recognize your ass if he saw it on the internet, and wouldn't admit to you where he found it if he did, then this club's quite the experience. (The club will make you sign a contract and copy your passport for legal reasons. It's all legit, but if it freaks you out, just leave. Nobody's forcing you to have sex with beautiful women for free.)
E-mail the club in advance before you go, as reservations are recommended. If Patrick is managing that night, say: "Pudgy Punter said to say he sent me, and that I should post a really good review on the internet and ask for a DVD of my performance tonight. He says hi, by the way. Is [a girl you want] working tonight?"
One caveat: Don't think of this club like a privat. In a privat, you come in, see a girl, take her to a room, pay, boink, and leave. Here, you come in, see lots of girls, chill and chat, wait for a room, wait more for a room, get a room, boink, and then are encouraged to repeat the process. On a busy night, you might have to wait a couple hours, or even three, before a room becomes available. If you get frustrated, just remember it's free, so relax and enjoy the sauna, pool and continuous strip show. I think the place is worth a visit, but I prefer Big Sister. If you're not satisfied, as it were, you'll be within walking distance of a number of privats. For that matter, both Sweet Paradise and C.H.L. Nightclub / Dessert Escort Service are just a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute metro ride away, although they're nowhere near as upscale. (I personally prefer those two clubs to K5, though. I'm a DFK/BBBJ kinda punter.)
I'd suggest perusing the video archives of Big Sister to get a sense of how some of the K5 girls will really be in bed. Not all of the girls who work at K5 work at Big Sister (or vice versa), but every girl currently listed as an escort on K5's website _does_ have videos at Big Sister. Of course, just because the clubs share escort staffing doesn't mean that the BS girls will actually be physically available at the K5 location. The best course is probably to look at the girl's photos (free) and then e-mail K5 to ask if and when the girls who interest you would be available at K5. Then "research" the available girls' video footage to "prepare".
If they _are_ available at K5, I recommend Denisa and Darja, and would personally not want to pay for Manon or Alex, but your mileage may vary.
