Hi folks...

My hotel's late check out price is exorbitant so I'm going to check out at the normal time next Monday and I'll need to get showered etc before my flight out of AMS.

Can anyone recommend a gym with day rates or a sauna where I could use the facilities?

I know that some major train stations (Munich for example) have toilet facilities that include showers. I am not sure about Amsterdam Centraal but you could try there.

you have sauna damrak......or im sure there are showers at the airport i would look into that.but down the main shopping street there is a sauna there if you google it its easy to find...

Generally speaking, sauna in the netherlands is no clothes except a towel. So having the females around is fun, hopefully. Most also have 'no sex allowed' rules.
