Depends on the customer. I only like to do long sessions, so I'm likely going to drop €150 or more in one go, as long as I know I'll be getting good service.

But overall, yeah, this is what I meant when I said that the €50 per session business model isn't really viable anymore. A girl needs to do at least 3 of those sessions per day, every day, to just break even. This is why so many girls try to upsell.

I agree but frankly most of the time I am not satisfied as inside they try to push and do faster. One just does not enjoy. It's very mechanical fucking. The service and price aren't going well. For example I think the quality of service in Thailand might be much better than amsterdam , however I am just guessing.

This is 2010... I'd be very surprised if the prices haven't proportionally inflated with everything else in Amsterdam! But still, they probably do break even after a few clients. But in this kind of work, you want to make as much money as possible and as fast as you can. Whilst it's annoying and frustrating that they rush you out after you've finished or after the 15-20 minutes is up, I can, just about, understand why.

As I do remember a women/girl in the Dollebegijn told/complained to me frequently that the eveningshiftrate is 200 euro. So as I do understand it got up from 140 to 200 now in 2015.
It is nice to know but should not be our concern I think but can be felt by us by experiencing more rushed sessions and more upselling we read and feel about nowadays.
The fact that she complains more about the shiftrate says something about she does not fully agree about her situation and not if it is to much I think...

There's plenty of non mechanical sex to be found in the kamers, and plenty of mechanical sex to be found in Thailand and other places. To some extent it depends on personal chemistry, just like any other service industry. From time to time I hit it off great with bartender and find a new favourite place to drink. Doesn't mean I can expect that in every watering hole. Your money entitles you to services promised and some basic politeness. Anything else is a plus.

pretty much. I've seen girls that people report on as being great (like Mila, for example) and there was just no click at all, so the session felt pretty flat and lacklustre. I have other girls I have great chemistry with and we get along very well, and the sessions are great and decidedly non-mechanical.

There is a lot of great sex to be had in De Wallen, over the course of my last three trips, I never got ripped off, and had only one session (with Elodie) that I would consider even borderline. People sure do like to bitch about the level of service in De Wallen, but that has simply not been consistent with my experience. Yes, you need to do a little research, and yes, it will probably cost you more than a session in Thailand or Germany or wherever else, but that doesn't mean it's not there or it's not worth doing.

And the rising prices kind of are our concern because if people insist on not paying more than €50, what you're going to get for your money is going to become less and less as the cost of living and rental rates go up. If you enjoy visiting Amsterdam and you enjoy visiting the girls there, it is something that you need to think about.

All, thanks for your comments. I agree it depends on personal connection also and I also had some good experience and some bad experience in De Wallen. It was just a general observation and I was not bitching about anyone. Just putting an opinion on the table which might be right for some and wrong for some (but no bitching involved).....

Yeah, I'm not trying to single anyone out. I'm just saying I see a lot of people here claiming that De Wallen isn't worth it now or there are no good girls left or Amsterdam is done as a destination for sex, and all that kind of stuff, and in my opinion, that's just not true. Things are changing, yeah, and maybe you're going to need to start paying a bit more for a good session, but there are definitely a lot of great girls still around and I doubt that's going to change anytime soon. If money is your biggest concern and you feel like you can get more for your money elsewhere, by all means, but to me, Amsterdam has a very special combination of things that just keeps me coming back.

Not trying to pick on anyone, I just find all this doom and gloom a little bit silly.
