The only one I know and I have tested is Sweet Thai Massage in Sarphatistraat.

It's not at luxuous as te one you quoted but the service was good.
Rate is 70 EUR for 1h with happy ending, the double for full service (bj and sex).
There is bath tube and jacuzzi available, but not tested by myself.
