Good few years, so could be worthless now, but walking the side streets between the Single area and De Wallen, there were a few massage places that were around €55 for massage and HJ. It's off the big shopping street that has The Flying Pig Hostel (I believe).

In the past I was easily able to get one from the various Chinese massage places around Spuistraat NZVBW, but the last few massages I got there they never made hints that it was possible. I think most of the happy ending places have been shut by the gemeente.
