Recently I have found the Amsterdam Index utterly Boring.

I mean, I love Amsterdam dearly. But reading this section recently makes me think that people are using the city as nothing but a garbage bin for all the sexual pleasures they cant get in their own country.

I think that is unfair to Amsterdammers and their city.

Therefore I would love to see a fourth index of some kind, for general Porn/Fantasy/dating and meeting up. This would be regardless of where or when.

Frankly a mens magazine provides better written hardcore than this, and there is always ACmoviepass for the truly desperate.

Syphoning off this stuff would hopefully mean a free index for people who are not into filthy classless sex. People who want to ask where to take their children to eat if they do not like striong food, or where the best curry house is. OR why the Argentinian Steak House has gone so utterly down hill.

Perhaps someone wants to write a review of a canal boat tour?

Just a thought, because I can hardly be botherred to even click on this index any more, which is a shame.

There seems to be a few bits about dining etc in the drop down menu that has nothing to do with sex.

I agree, Mike. Maybe the board should be split up into different indices such as "Sex", "Smoking", "Restaraunts", "Music", etc. The sex thing gets old real quick if that ain't your scene and there is so much more to the Venice of the North than sex and drugs. It would be nice to keep a place for everyone, whatever their proclivities, but also it would be nice to hear more general ideas on the "mainstream" stuff.

There are thousands of "normal" tour guides on Amsterdam. Surely the whole point of this forum is that you can gain valuable information on the ladies so you can get a guarrenteed good time without the fear of being ripped off. I'd hate to see it watered down with information about where to take the kids.

So Mike, maybe I missed to point too. I just looked at the board and only 8 of 25 were of sex and ladies. This board is all about Amsterdam. When did YOU last do a spot, on the Argentinian Steak House or review a boat tour? We all know you don't enjoy the Wallens, like you use too. Thats IT exactly... In the last 811 posts or so I have done under this name, I think you will find such posts (from me) tailing off. I think the last post of such a nature on this section was concerning the declinign standards at the Old Quater Hotel.

And as for using Germany as a garbage bin, I do no such thing. At least I learn German and contribute tto the local economy. My posts on FKK land remain in the section largely given over to such things. Thats what i was suggesting.

AND I love the Wallen just like I used to, I just dont frequent the ladies like I used to because they ar too restrictive and expensive. So what. There is more to Amsterdam than prositutes!!!

A new index would be neat. I'm here mostly for info about the girls, where they are, what they look like and how the service was.

Drugs aren't really my thing, I don't care what the canal looked like when so-and-so member walked past it, I don't need info about Viagra and I don't care about the weather in Amsterdam as I have no control over that.

But all that is just me.

So in the end, those may not be my favorite subjects but I'm probably not anyone's favorite poster so it all evens out.

There has been topic drift, both currently and in the past (i.e. political views).

So Mike, Today, I reread your original post. I must not have been in the right frame of mind ( sober maybe...naaa) . Never meaning to argue, that is for sure. But I did get your point , today. I've only been to Amsterdam twice, with the third coming up. The city and the people have opened my eyes to alot of things. I think I'm a better person for it. I had to throw in the Germany lines.
