When you rent an apartment through winter are they warm?

Is the heating set or can you adjust times and temperature control?

Cheers,

Digger.

specifics depends on the apartment but yeah, basically everywhere is except houseboats.
Everything is so well insulated I never really used my heater, I liked to open the window in winter to get a nice cold breeze of fresh air in.

Every apartment I have ever rented in AMS has had radiators using hot water. There are knobs on them. WORST CASE - go buy a E20 heater at blokker.
