me and hubby will be visiting amsterdam in feb, i was just wondering if anyone can reccomend a cheap and cheerful hotel smack bang in the middle of all the fun??!!
We were there about 3 yrs ago, but the place we stayed seems to have closed, so i need REAL advice!!

I would recommend the Hotel Vijaya and look to scoring a window with a canal view. Can't beat the sight of the mesmerizing red glow along the canal although that comes with some noise also.

We like the Golden Tulip Inntel on NZ Kolk. Nice hotel, large rooms by A'dam standards and great location.
