can anyone tell me if club bianca is a good place to visit,and what sort of service do you get there?

Bianca is generally pretty decent, but the line up changes often and will likely be different in April when you're here. Your best bet is to keep an eye on the reports (hint: choose the SEARCH link above and look in the Amsterdam section for "Bianca") and perhaps ask for an update the week before you ride on out.

But try lowercase. We sometimes have a heavy night here...
