Hemikiwi, That's a good question and one I'm interested in too! No doubt there are many "old wives tales". Staying off the booze would be helpful. They say Ginkgo Biloba, which may help circulation to the extremities, could be helpful. Probably depends on the individual. Could also depend on how fit you are, your physical health etc.

Assuming that you also are not interested in Kamagra, Saligra, or any of the Cialis or Levitra knock-offs, then I would suggest that you might try Yohimbe.

My experience with yohimbe is that it is effective in producing good wood, but I really get hit hard with side effects: racing heart, headache, inability to sleep, etc. I might as well take meth.
