tonight sees the rolling stones playing here in amsterdam and the word on the street is that local touts are awash with spare tickets. it seems that lots of greedy bastards expected to make a load of money from selling the tickets online but good sources advise me that many face getting their fingers burnt (good). anyone in town who fancies watching the stones tonight should keep an eye on www.marktplaats.nl as late afternoon sets in. my source talks of tickets on sale for around 50 euro....

The Rolling Stones Fan Club of Europe www.iorr.org offers a a ticket trader page for true fans (Click on All Sold Out) that allows ticket sales or trades at face value, no scalping. There's no reason to pay exorbitant rates. And compared to prices in the States, the European ticket prices are a bargain. About 1/3 what they are here.

tickets were selling for 20 euro (face value 108) last night at about 6pm. good to see the touts getting a well deserved financial kick up the arse.

20 euro? Those are 1975 prices. Hope they went to some real fans who enjoyed the show. The lads always do good work in Holland.
