i was recently smoking at willie wortels in haarlem..and chatting with a dutch grower,,he was preaching how bad for your health the outer leaves of the bud and stalk are and must NOT BE SMOKED ONLY THE BUD..anyone else heard of this?..apparantly if you smoke the woody bits it can cause brain damage etc.

... and smoking weed makes you schizophrenic.... yadda yadda yadda....

By the way, the best bang for the buck in town right now is Central - 1,3g for 12,50 of ice. It's good, not spectacular, but that 1,3g will get you FAR.

if you like the icolators try coffee shop Feels Good in de wallen. i know of several guys who work in coffee shops but buy their ice hash there. i forget the price but i gather the deal and the quality is good. i rarely smoke any kind of hash so cant give a really accurate report on the smoke.
