While I don't think it ever closes, I think things probably get going around 11:00 or noon during the day, possibly earlier than that in the Singel. Latest seems to be 3 AM or so on weekends.

Its open 24/7 as there has been many a time ive finished up coming out the san francisco at 5am and still been able to treat myslef to a beautiful ladie.

I find that the later a woman works the more likely she is a rip-off or mediocre service provider. The better ones keep busy with repeat customers and make enough money by midnight or 1 that they can leave and not deal with the diminishing returns as the punters thin out.

Last spring I seen a girl really late. It had to be around 3 or 4 in the morning. The streets were pretty
dead by this time, just a couple of groups of guys and people stumbling back to their motel. I know the bars and coffee shops all seemed to be closed.
