I am looking for a good map of amsterdam (mostly central amsterdam) where I can put in point of interest via their address and the locations would then appear as pinpoints

anyone have any ideas on this one?

I guess it would also be good to have a map that can be copied into paintbrush or photoshop or something and then printed as a jpg or something so the size/resolution isn't lost

what do you think?

The lower drop-down list in the left column under the axxxtw logo also has maps. The most recent addition, a tourist map, includes a number of points of interest besides window areas and coffee shops.

You can add pushpins to msn's maps at http://mappoint.msn.com/ . To save your pins you'll need to login. Google Earth also has a pushpin feature but it sounds like you're looking for an actual map instead of a sat photo.

If you're looking for maps you can store on your computer and access w/out a net connection you could try Microsoft AutoRoute, the European version of what's called Streets & Trips in the US. It has pushpins.

I can't for the life of me figuer out how to save pushpins with that MSN link

I logged in and everything, and it seems like the addresses get a pushpin automatically when they are located, but you can only view 1 location at a time and can only list 1 location by pin at a time

I want a map where I can mark multiple places and view them all at 1 time
similar to some of the other maps out there

and do I have to buy that Microsoft program? or is there an easy way to do all this?
