Simply Amsterdam ?

Hello Everyone, I'm just doing some preplanning for my next trip to our favorite city. I found a site called " Simply Amsterdam " offering vacation rental apartments. I found a couple that I would love to stay in, but I don't want to fork out a 500 euro deposit if it's shady operation. Has anyone used this company before and if so any problems?
