Hi Folks,
I've decided I need to go to the land of smiles, and wonder if there is an equivalent of this fantastic board for the place?
Have lots of questions (intend going for a fortnight), but don't want to bore everyone to death & the forums I've found already seem to be very much about beaches/weather. All very interesting, but I'd like to discuss with a monger who's been there already.
If anyone would feels like enlightening me then please pm away, but even links/similar welcome.

a google search of "thailand bar girls" or "thailand bar girl forum" should get you want you're looking for, these forums definitely exist and there are a couple good ones. i suggest a book called "the hedonist", you can get it on amazon for pretty cheap and it has lots of good info., nothing that you can't find for free though. good luck

I really don't see the point in going to Thailand? I went there and I noticed the majority of the guys that go to Thailand are the fat, the ugly and the poor sex tourists. Pattaya stinks and Bangkok just too busy to relax.

What I don't really understand is why on earth people leave FKK clubs in Germany and go for stinky dirty places in Thailand?

Hour and a half porn style threesomes with anal and lesbian action for under 100 euros. All night freelancers back in your hotel room for 25 euros. Getting blown at a BJ bar for 15 euros. Two hour oily massages with a 20 year old spinner with no holes barred for 52 euros. Friendly, happy, welcoming locals, low crime rate, lush, exotic culture, incredible food.

Hell Club sucked (ahem) but Babydolls was fab.

Just spent a month in Thailand, the final week glued straight to many pattaya a-go-go bars.

I fly home tonight after a whole month in Bangkok ( I'm unemployed and have a Thai girlfriend..). Dumpy as Thailand is, I'm going to really miss it, especially Midnite bar in soi Cowboy.. If I can get a job, I hope to be back very soon.

If there is a heaven on earth then Thailand would be it. The only thing that could make it better would be if they had Amsterdam-styled coffee shops, but then again, if they did I'd probably never leave.
