No, it's not a commercial site, it's never been and never will be. No interest in becoming one either. We make zero profit. The funds that we solicit are for one purpose only. To help pay the bills that we incur by operating this site. The cheesy text ads that we carry, are sorry to say, necessary. We didn't enlist with that particular ad server to get stuck with that muck but they have recently changed their own rules, they now classify us a porn, and not fit for decent scummy advertisements. Google ads wouldn't have us at all.

Despite all of this, we still operate at a substantial deficit, and make the difference up personally out of our own pockets, as we have done for 12 fucking years---and will continue to do :-)
