It is only in a very small handful i think about 10 bible belt states.It,s definately not illegal in Hawaii which repealed all laws on consenting adults back in 1973.

From what i heard any states that have not yet will probably leave it alone and not enforce it due to political reasons for any legislator who would want to repeal them.The exception is if someone challenges one in court in which case it will probably be repealed .One example is in Texas a few years agsodomy law repeal and supreme court ruled against any other states that had such laws on books.

Most girls do not care if you are married or not and they also understand not to bring up that subject. Many girl also have a boyfriend (or maybe some are married).
